The biennial conference brings together scholars working on all aspects of the languages of the Austroasiatic family. We welcome contributions on any topics, including but not limited to language documentation and description, semantics, typology, language contact, and historical linguistics.
There were 17 presentations and upwards of 70 participants in total. Talks were 20 minutes long, plus 10 minutes for discussion. On the final day of the conference Mathias Jenny and Paul Sidwell hosted an open discussion on the state of the field of Austroasiatic studies and future directions for research.
